Cyphermint Chairman Appointed to Lead Russian Mobile Payments Development Task Force

Dr. Ivan Kuznetsov, Chairman of the Board at Cyphermint, an electronic payment solution provider, has been appointed the Project Leader for Mobile Payments of the Information Communication Union (ICU) of Russia. This comes soon after Dr Kuznetsov, also the Chairman of Russia's Bank Tavrichesky, was named the Project Leader for the Mobile Payments Project (NFC and M-payments) at the GSM Association meeting last November.
